为满足安徽企业“走出去”，兼顾中国公民出境和外籍人士来华需求，保障我省“三地一区”建设，安徽省司法厅、合肥市人民政府依托合肥法务区设立安徽（合肥）涉外法律服务中心，既办理国内业务，也办理涉外业务。安徽（合肥）涉外法律服务中心首批设置6个线上线下窗口，分别是综合服务、涉外律师服务、涉外仲裁服务、涉外（涉台）公证服务、域外法律查明服务、商事调解服务。其中涉外律师服务窗口，由安徽涉外律师轮流值班，作为安徽（合肥）涉外法律服务一站式窗口的重要部分。欢迎中外当事人到如下窗口进行现场咨询，或通过电话询问：
To support Anhui enterprises to "Go Global", address the needs of Chinese citizens going abroad and foreigners coming to China, and safeguard the construction of Anhui's "Three Places and One Area" , the Department of Justice of Anhui Province and the Hefei Municipal People's Government have established the Anhui (Hefei) Foreign-related Legal Service Center (hereinafter referred to as the “AFLSC”) based on the Hefei Legal Services District to undertake both domestic and foreign-related legal matters.
The AFLSC operates six service windows, and both online and on-site options are currently available:

? Foreign-related Lawyer Service
? Foreign-related Arbitration Service
? Foreign-related (Taiwan-related) Notarization Service
? Extraterritorial Law Ascertainment Service
? Commercial Mediation Service
The Foreign-related Lawyer Service Window is rotated by Anhui foreign-related legal service lawyers and serves as an important part of the One-stop Window of the AFLSC. You are welcome to visit the following windows for on-site consultation, or contact us via phone :

服务内容
Service Scope
值班律师涉及中文和外语（如需要）解答如下法律问题，包括但不限于国际贸易、国际争议、涉外诉讼与仲裁、国际经济合作、跨境投资、金融与资本市场、涉外知识产权与信息安全、基础设施与能源建设、海商海事物流。
On-duty lawyers are available to provide consultations in Chinese or foreign languages upon request, regarding foreign-related legal issues, including, but not limited to:
? International trade
? International disputes
? Foreign-related litigation and arbitration
? International economic cooperation
? Cross-border investment
? Finance and capital markets
? Foreign-related intellectual property and information security
? Infrastructure and energy construction, maritime and logistics

Duty Requirements
1. 凡参加涉外值班的律所、律师应准时到岗，如遇到特殊情况不能到岗时，由律师事务所内部调剂;
Law firms and lawyers assigned to duty shall arrive punctually. For any unforeseen absence, the law firm shall make internal arrangements for replacement.
2. 值班律师应认真填写值班日记。
Duty lawyers shall carefully fill in the on-duty diary.
